Colour Crazy Challenge

 Hiya,

Here is my card for this weeks colour crazy craft challenge.

I am using the lovely cute image from Oddball 'kawaii Christmas Baby elephant with Antlers'.

I have coloured the image using my Promarkers, layered it onto snowflake paper, and applied a tag. And punched out some snowflakes and added gems on top as well as gems on the antlers.

Christmas Cuddle

 Hiya

Todays card is my 3rd and final Guest designer card for Colour crazy challenge. It has been a pleasure taking part for the last 3 months. Thanks guys for allowing me to join in.

The gorgeous digi image is from Ching-Chou Kuik and is so beautiful! It is called 'Christmas Cuddle' I have coloured her using Promarkers and kept to traditional reds and greens on this card.

I used some freebie papers I have had for a while, and die cut the greeting using 'Christmas sentiment' dies from Stephanie Weightman/Hobbycraft. Then attached some ribbon and a Christmas charm, another freebie from a while ago.

Colour Crazy challenge Sept 18th Challenge

Hello I have been asked to be a Guest team member of Colour crazy Craft Challenge, as I recently won one of their challenges. I jumped at the chance. So here is my card for their Anything goes (as long as it has an image has been coloured in) Challenge this week.

The digi Image is from Digi Doodles Studio he is such a cute bear don't you think?

I have coloured him with my Promarkers and cut him out then on the background I used some Tim Holtz distress ink to make the background, and stamped a few trees, to make a scene.

I love the simplicity of this card and will definitely do some more like this.

Happy Times by the sea.

I made this card using some Helz Cuppleditch  Trimcraft papers and dies.

The gems were on a roll, and the brad was from an old Trimcraft set I have had for years.

This is the only thing we have been doing the last few months, luckily we live 5 mins from the sea, so most nice days we have either had a walk along the seafront or had a day sat on the beach( social distanced of course), the boys love going in the sea.

Christmas Trees

Hello!

Another sunny day outside today, I can't believe how amazing the weather has been these last few months.
Not really the weather to be thinking of Christmas! But got a few cards made recently.
I have used the 'Nitwits' stamp I got from a Simply Homemade magazine a few years ago, it also had some matching papers which is what I have used in the background. The greeting stamp is from Crafters companion. I have coloured the trees with Promarkers.

Christmas

Hello,

Whilst on Lock down and Furloughed, I managed to make a few Christmas cards when I wasn't homeschooling my boys! Here is one of them.

With this 6" x 6" square card I stamped a Father Christmas from my  'Nitwit' Merry and Bright stamp set I got free, quite some years ago with Simply Homemade magazine.
I coloured him with my Promarkers, and stamped a greeting on some themed paper which came with the stamp set.

Butterfly season!

I have made the below card, making my own background paper.

I have taken a piece of slightly ridged paper and stamped butterfly and dragonfly images then heat embossed with clear embossing powder then used my old 'Big and Juicy' vibrant primary colours ink pad which have all blended into a mix of colours, I used a speedball brayer to apply the ink. I then stamped some flowers/leaf stems with embossing ink and heat embossed with Cosmic Sparkle and Sprinkle 'Wisteria' powder. I also spayed over the top with some Tattered Angels glimmer Mist ( can't see this in the photo). I then ripped around the edge of the paper to fit onto my base card.
Finally I stamped a greeting and stuck on two butterflys' which I heat embossed with white embossing powder onto purple velum and cut out. Added 3 small pearls.

Catch the Bug Colour Challenge

Hiya Everyone,

My card today is made for the colour Challenge on Catch the Bug challenge.

I do have a few Bugaboo Digi images but we have had a broken computer for a while so I can't access them, but luckily I had one image already printed out ready to use!

I love the colours on this weeks challenge, blues and browns.  I have used all scraps of card or paper on a kraft card base, and coloured the image using promarkers. I have also added a couple of brads, charms and some ribbon.

It has been a while since I posted a card so I hope you like it.

Louise x

Such a long time away!

Well I have not posted for a few years!! Been busy working and family to look after. I have not had much spare time. With being furloughed currently due to the Covid 19 I have a little bit of spare time amongst home schooling and family etc so I thought I would put a few cards etc on here. I have still been making cards but not posted them on my blog.
