Coffee Morning?

This week on Colour crazy Craft challenge we are sponsored by Oddball art.

I love this image, as it reminds me of how a lot of us feel before our coffee or tea in a morning!

This great image from Oddball art is called 'Monday..' and I have used this before its such a good image.

I did have a bit of a disaster with my colouring though. Believe it or not this image was coloured with promarkers, I used the Letraset paper pad to print the image on but didn't realise there is a back and a front to the paper, and printed it on the back with out realising, so when I went to colour in with my promarkers/letraset pens it looked like crayons! I thought what's going on here then turned over the paper and tried on the back and was fine, so lesson to be learned if you want to make them look like crayons/pencils colour on the back of the Letraset paper.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges

Coastal images are so relaxing!

I treated myself to a craft magazine whilst in the supermarket the other day, it was a bargain pack, two magazines and gifts for the price of one. Couldn't refuse that!

I made this card using the stamps  from the crafters companion free gift that came with 'Simply Cards and Papercraft', I love anything related to the ocean.

I thought I would make a fathers day card for my two boys to their dad. So I combined the stamps with a Papermania Fathers day stamp and an anchor die from Trimcraft I already had in my collection.

I heat embossed the porthole and 'you anchor me' stamps and die cut them out with circle dies. Then stamped the rope on each corner, recycled some blue and white striped ribbon i got with tag from my new coat for my Birthday last month, and heat embossed the greeting in white embossing powder, then die cut the anchor and attached to finish.
