I have finally got round to using some of my fabulous Mabel Lucie Attwell images from Katy Sue designs. They are decoupage sheets they do along with some toppers. The happy birthday text is die cut using a die i got from a magazine recently, i cut it out twice in different colours and layered them to give a shadow effect.
I got the Red and white polka dot base card from a Sincerely Yours craft show.
