Today i have an Art Deco card i made for a friend, I have used the freebie Art Deco embossing borders from a magazine, and a Papermania Art Deco topper. I Also used up some Snippets of card to make my own Art deco designs on the sides of the card. The text is some Art deco stickers from papermania.

Mothers day

I was asked to make a Mothers day card the other day and she liked the idea of a bird table, so i mixed about lots of different stamps to make a scene..

The stamps i have used for these images are a mixture of a few.

Firstly thanks and welcome to all my new followers who have recently started to follow my blog.I hope you like what you see....

Today i have made a thank you card using one of the Flowers fairies Card tag i have had for years from a magazine freebie. The brads were a different colour so i heat embossed some purple embossing powder on them, the back ground paper is from my stash box.

I would like to enter the card into the following challenges

As you like it challenge -  #75 favourite embossing and why - my favourite is heat embossing because it is so useful to be able to change things to match what colours you have. I love changing my Brad's with embossing powder as well as heat embossing stamped images.

My card has a lovely SLS image of a cat on a cushion.

I have coloured the image using promarkers, and the background papers/embellishments are from a First edition paper pack.

Mothers day for nan

I was asked to make a card for mothers day for their Nan, so this is what i came up with....

Merry Christmas snowman

Here is a card i made using a Christmas snowman wooden stamp i have had for years. And i Die cut a circle greeting with a die and some snippets of card, i had last year from a magazine. The background red card has been punched using a Tonic geared punch. the papers are from a really old 12 x 12 paper pack from Trimcraft ( I think)

Today i have a card i have made for the Miran FB progressive challenge, using the image they supply.
Some of the card over at FB are amazing, my colouring with Promarkers isn't a patch on some entries.

I have used up scraps of papers for the background and some paper flowers from Poundland, and some Candi. The Message is a rubber stamp i had from a craft show where you buy a job lot for a £5 and don't know what you will get. i think the company was 'The Stamp co'

New Challenge at Whoopsi Daisy.

Hiya everyone,

Today we have a new challenge at Whoopsi Daisy the theme this month is Green / Sentiment.

I have made a Christmas card using one of Linnie's lovely digi images available from her Etsy Page

I have coloured the image using Promarkers, and the background papers are what i had for a few years in my stash. The Kraft papers are all recycled from the inside of Wrapping paper rolls. I stamped the sentiment and die cut it the edged it with a sakura moonlight pen.

I have a card here i made a couple of weeks ago, using some freebie papers from a magazine, and the Poinsettia die was also a freebie. I also had to emboss through the die once it was cut out. Finally added a few peel offs.

18th Birthday card

I was asked to make a card for someone at a local playgroup i take my son to, and here it is.

 I have used a Sizzix Tim Holtz die for the film strip, and a Trimcraft Camera die, and for the stars they were also die's from Creative die's. All the card was snippets of card i had in my scrap box.

I also used some Doodlebug letter stickers and a few peel offs.

I have a card i have made using snippets of papers from an old Copy of making cards.

 I think this will do for a man's card don't you? The image was already coloured, they are all freebies from Making Cards, lots of different transport toppers.
